ANKER DEVELOPS EXTENSIVE AND INSPIRATIONAL HOTEL COLLECTION.
With the CREATE HOTEL collection, ANKER Professional Carpet is launching a comprehensive range specially for the hospitality segment.
What makes the collection so fascinating is that it is also a design study. The textile designers have developed five sample mood and style collections – Urban, Pure, Landscape, Mare and Pop – that illustrate the spectrum of textile flooring in a wealth of colours, designs and textures.
‘Hotel interiors are much more diverse than they used to be. Style boundaries are becoming blurred across all hotel categories and we are witnessing surprising new compositions of style elements and materials. This is also reflected in flooring. Take creative design featuring various textile surfaces, for instance, or material combinations that bring together different hard flooring types with textile flooring,’ explains Thomas Riesmeier, marketing director at ANKER.
The collection is split into two parts. On the one hand, there is an extensive in-stock range of 18 different designs and surface textures in a broad array of colours, including the very finest woven items and state-of-the-art hard flooring. Many of these are produced from innovative solution-dyed fibre, which is not only exceptionally hard-wearing but also extremely easy to clean.
On the other hand, the collection features examples of individual prints. Here, customised designs can be brought to life using six different carpeting materials. ‘This results in boundless possibilities in terms of flooring design,’ adds Gerd Hoffe, managing director of ANKER. ‘Many of our hotel customers like the idea of solution-dyed products in the rooms and customised design in the lobby, conference areas and hallways. And we offer a one-stop solution in this regard.’
