Since 2017, there is an annual event on the subject of textile floor coverings.

On 17.05.2019, a lecture on the subject of textile floor coverings took place for the third time under the title "Floor gloss instead of red linoleum" followed by a demonstration of carpet cutting including practical self-experiments.

With much interest and enthusiasm, the students follow the explanations in four lessons, to learn basic details and product peculiarities of carpeting and took a hand in carpet cutting. In addition to the seriousness of imparting knowledge in the seminar / lecture room, we continued in relaxed atmosphere in the well-equipped institute laboratory of civil engineers.
